Premium Replacement Diaphragms for NovAseptic® Valves
Discover Ultrapharma’s high-quality replacement diaphragms, expertly designed for use with NovAseptic® – MilliporeSigma radial diaphragm valves. Our diaphragms are available in a range of sizes and materials, including EPDM and platinum-cured silicone (in both clear and white). Each material is carefully selected and tested to ensure compliance with FDA and USP<88> standards, making them ideal for use in pharmaceutical environments.
For added assurance, every diaphragm is laser-etched with its cure date and lot number, enabling complete batch traceability.

Ultrapharma Radial Diaphragms
Engineered for Precision and Reliability
Ultrapharma's radial diaphragms are meticulously designed to ensure optimal fluid regulation in critical pharmaceutical and biotechnological processes. Compatible with all OEM NU### series valves, these diaphragms are ideal for applications such as Tank Bottom Outlet Valves and Point of Use valves.
Each diaphragm is laser-engraved with its Lot Number, Date of Manufacture, and NA#, ensuring complete traceability. Manufactured under stringent quality controls, they meet the highest industry standards for safety and performance.
We offer three distinct material options to cater to various operational requirements:
EPDM (NA#/22) – Robust Performance in Demanding Conditions
Crafted from high-quality, peroxide-cured Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (CMD-1066), our EPDM diaphragms are designed for durability and resilience. They are particularly suited for environments requiring stringent hygiene and precise process control.

Applications: Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, biotechnological applications, and compatible with all OEM NU### series valves.

Pressure Range: -1 to 6 bar (-14 to 88 PSI).

Temperature Range: -40°C to SIP at 150°C.

Translucent Platinum Silicone (NA#/26) – Clarity and Consistency
Our translucent platinum-cured silicone diaphragms (CMD-1012) offer excellent flexibility and are ideal for processes where visual inspection is beneficial. They maintain integrity under rigorous sterilization conditions.

White Platinum Silicone (NA#/26W) – Enhanced Visibility and Purity
The white variant of our platinum-cured silicone diaphragms (CMD-1065) combines the benefits of silicone with enhanced visibility, aiding in contamination detection and process validation.
